Anyone Worked With an Agency?
I have several technical pages to prepare, and doing all the writing alone may take me weeks. While searching for options, I found a technical writing agency. I have never worked with an agency before, so I am wondering what the experience is really like. Did you have one person handling your work, or did several people get involved? Was communication simple? I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has used an agency for technical writing. What should a first-time customer expect?
